Among these, Ibiza, Croatia, and Italy are just a few of the places our team (myself included) have recently explored. We’re thrilled to share our curated must-have ViX essentials for these European getaway spots. What the ViX Team Packed

Getaway Destinations: Ibiza, Spain & Sardinia, Italy
Timeframe: I went away to Ibiza and Sardinia back in July, and the weather was perfection—both sunny and hot, the ideal combination for me.
Itinerary: We spent our days beach-hopping and enjoying the sun at various beach clubs in Ibiza, while our nights were spent enjoying the island’s vibrant nightlife. We also explored the town’s charming streets, discovering local shops in the area that had a cute hippie vibe. One highlight was renting a boat for a day trip to Formentera—the ocean was unreal, and we had a dreamy lunch at Juan y Andrea.
In Sardinia, we rented a car and visited different beaches around the island, each stop more breathtaking than the last. I’ve never seen such blue waters like that before. We also rented a boat in Sardinia to explore hidden beaches that you can only get to by boat. The evenings were all about indulging in Italian cuisine—I’m still obsessed with it.
Packed Inside: I knew I was going to be outside in the sun a lot so I packed options from ViX that would keep me cool, comfortable, and chic no matter where I went.

Dinner at A Mi Manera, Ibiza: Aria Blouse in Green. This knit top is a standout with its mix of green, black, and gold threads. The detailing along the neckline also doubles as jewelry, which is a bonus!

Trip Takeaways: Ibiza is always a vibe (I’ve been a few times, so no major surprises there). Sardinia, though, was a new discovery. Fun fact: It’s a Blue Zone, which means people there tend to live longer. Maybe it’s all that ocean air?

Getaway Destination: Korčula, Croatia
Timeframe: I recently returned from a two-week trip to Croatia in July. We visited several islands and coastal cities, but Korčula was one of my absolute favorites!
Itinerary: The weather was consistently hot and humid, with temperatures soaring above 90°F. To stay cool, we spent a lot of time swimming in the stunning turquoise waters of the Adriatic Sea. When we weren't in the water, we enjoyed the slow pace of island life by biking along the scenic coast, wandering through the quaint and historic Old Town and sampling the world-famous Grk wine (Google that, not a typo) in Lumbarda.
Packed Inside: With so much time spent swimming and boating, my ViX bikinis were a must-have item in my suitcase. I opted for pieces that wouldn't cause harsh tan lines.
- For water adventures: the Square Bandeau Top in Cherish, paired alongside our beloved Bucket Hat in Natural.
- On a special evening out: I brought a ViX dress from a few seasons ago with me, which shows just how timeless and enduring ViX resort wear can be. Unfortunately, it’s no longer available for purchase. However, I’m now obsessed with the Janet Midi Dress in Off White, which is a similar style. If we had it earlier, it most definitely would have been in my suitcase.
Trip Takeaways: I was fascinated to learn that Korčula island is the rumored birthplace of explorer Marco Polo. The town embraces this legacy with a museum dedicated to the famous explorer, adding an extra layer of historical charm to our visit.

Getaway Destination: Bressonone, Italy (also known as Brixen in German)
Timeframe: Admittedly, I've caught the travel bug after hearing about Jenna and Maria Duda’s amazing vacations. Now, I’m in the thick of packing for my own trip! I’m going for ten days in October. From what I’ve heard, Bressonone is known for its Mediterranean climate making it a year-round resort spot.
Itinerary: I’m heading there with my boyfriend’s family, so I’m super excited to make memories and explore a new place. We’ll be hiking in the mountains and soaking in the town’s charm. From my research, Brixen has amazing baroque buildings, medieval frescoes, and Renaissance art. I can’t wait to stroll through the quaint streets, visit some of the old churches, and explore all the local shops. And, of course, I’m looking forward to trying the cuisine at the city’s trendy restaurants.
Packed Inside: I’ve been mentally packing for this trip since we booked the tickets! Given the mountain setting, I’m preparing for chilly mornings and warm afternoons. So, layering is key for changing weather. Luckily, ViX has a range of vacation-approved resort wear pieces that I’ve specifically chosen for this trip:

Footwear: Hiking shoes, for obvious reasons, but also sandals for transitioning from town walks to dinners. I love that these Zuca Sandals match with everything.

Trip Takeaways: Brixen isn’t just the oldest town in the province of Tyrol, but also one of the most breathtaking in South Tyrol. Nestled in the Dolomites, I just know it’s going to take my breath away.
